Who we are

ModelStack is an independent digital template studio founded and run by Ariel Agor, a finance practitioner and AI consultant based in Los Angeles, California. Every template in the catalog — financial models, investment banking workbooks, VC documents, and operating SOPs — is built and maintained in-house.

What you're buying

Each product is a working Excel workbook or editable document, not a PDF sample. Product pages list the exact tabs and sections included; the file you download is the file described. If a file ever falls short of its description, tell us and we will fix it, replace it, and make it right.

How delivery works

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your download link is emailed automatically within minutes of purchase and stays valid for 7 days. Lost the email? Write to us and we'll resend it.

Our commitments

• 7-day, no-questions refunds. If a template isn't what you needed, reply to your receipt email or write to support within 7 days for a full refund. See our Terms and FAQ.
• Human support. Every support email is read and answered by the founder — support@modelstack.digital. Billing questions: billing@modelstack.digital.
• Accurate listings. Descriptions are kept in sync with the shipped files. Spot a mismatch? Report it and we'll correct it — and compensate you for the trouble.
