These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital templates sold through ModelStack ("we", "us", "our") at modelstack.digital. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Delivery

All products are digital files (Excel, Word, or PDF) delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure, time-limited download link. Download links expire 48 hours after purchase. If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us at support@modelstack.digital for a replacement link.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the template for your personal or internal business purposes
• Modify and customize the template for your own use
• Use outputs generated from the template commercially

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the original template files
• Upload templates to any public repository or file-sharing service
• Use the templates to create a competing product

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact billing@modelstack.digital within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of ModelStack. Your purchase grants a license to use the files, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is" for informational and operational purposes. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting templates to your specific needs. We make no guarantees about business outcomes from using our templates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
